Seeker Detection Guide
Finding painted Hiders requires systematic searching and sharp observation. Random running wastes time — learn the tells and routes that efficient Seekers use.
Visual Tells
Look for: color hue slightly off from surroundings, wrong shadow direction, unnatural outlines against edges, too-glossy or too-matte surfaces, and proportions that do not match nearby objects. Experienced Hiders minimize these — check suspicious areas twice.
Sweep Routes
Start perimeter, work inward. On open maps sweep in a spiral. On cluttered maps go row-by-row. Check high-traffic zones first (spawn areas, central rooms), then secondary corners. Communicate tagged zones with your team.
Team Coordination
Tagged Hiders join your team. Assign zones to each Seeker to avoid overlapping sweeps. When a Hider is tagged, immediately expand search to their former hiding area — nearby Hiders often cluster.
Time Management
With 30 seconds left, switch from careful inspection to aggressive area clearing. Click every suspicious surface. Prioritize unchecked zones over re-checking cleared areas.
