Paint and Seek Map Tier List

Paint and Seek has no character or weapon tier list — progression is skill-based. This tier list ranks maps by how forgiving they are for Hiders and how efficient they are for Seekers.

Map Difficulty Tiers

S

S Tier — Arcade: dense props and neon lighting give Hiders many blend options, but Seekers face high false-positive rates.

A

A Tier — House: forgiving walls and furniture poses make this the best beginner Hider map.

B

B Tier — Grocery Store: balanced difficulty with strong shelf camouflage but predictable aisle patterns.

C

C Tier — Bank: open sightlines favor Seekers; Hiders need advanced paint matching to survive.

D

D Tier — Reserved for future maps with extreme difficulty. No launch map qualifies.

Map Tier Hider Difficulty Seeker Difficulty
House A Easy Medium
Grocery Store B Medium Medium
Bank C Hard Easy
Arcade S Medium Hard

Best Maps for Hiders

Start on House to learn paint basics, then move to Grocery Store for medium challenge. Arcade rewards advanced Hiders who master neon color adjustment.

Best Maps for Seekers

Bank is the easiest Seeker map due to open layout. Arcade is hardest — use systematic cabinet-row sweeps and ignore neon color noise until you confirm movement.
